Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support.
• Familiarity with accounting/financial/banking apps is a plus.
• 2+ years of Web-based applications experience (SQL queries, APIs, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to determine functional requirements and technical solutions.
• Analyze data to support projects, business cases, and system requirements.
• Resolve issues with software applications in collaboration with technical staff.
• Follow project management, development and documentation standards.
• Test, implement, document and maintain software applications.
• Work as part of a team and support applications.
• Identify and mitigate security and process risks.
• Gather customer information and diagnose root causes.
• Determine customer objectives and deliver solutions.
• Document issues and resolutions.
• Handle incoming support inquiries.
