Job summary

BlackLine is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant in Mexico City to lead hands-on configurations for Connectors, APIs, and Web Services. You will integrate BlackLine with major ERPs and third‑party apps, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide customers on technical best practices.

You will also review API specs, data mappings, and configuration details, while contributing to improved integration methodologies and product feedback.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on technical implementation or integration experience.
• Strong understanding of system integration with major ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Advanced understanding of technical implementation principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex technical implementation projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end technical configuration of BlackLine Connectors, APIs, and custom Web Services.
• Manage integration of BlackLine products with customer ERP systems and third‑party apps.
• Act as technical escalation to diagnose and resolve API, data feeds, and connectivity issues.
• Provide expert guidance and support to customers on technical aspects of BlackLine solutions.
• Review and provide feedback to integration guides, API specifications, data mapping documents and configuration details.
• Contribute to the enhancement of integration methodologies and provide feedback to Product team on API and Connector functionality.
• Facilitate implementation meetings and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document customer interactions and implementation‑related information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest BlackLine products and industry trends.
• Ensure adherence to BlackLine implementation and documentation methodologies and standards.
