Job summary

BlackLine is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to lead hands-on configurations for connectors, APIs, and Web Services in customer implementations. You will ensure seamless data flow between BlackLine and client systems, troubleshoot advanced integrations, and guide customers on technical aspects of the solution.

You’ll work with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics, collaborating with project teams to ensure successful deployments and documentation quality.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on technical implementation or integration experience.
• Strong understanding of system integration with major ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex technical implementation projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end technical configuration of connectors, APIs, and Web Services.
• Manage ERP integrations and third-party applications ensuring data integrity.
• Act as technical escalation to diagnose and resolve API and connectivity issues.
• Provide expert guidance and support on technical aspects of BlackLine solutions.
• Review and provide feedback to integration guides, API specs, and data mappings.
• Contribute to enhancement of integration methodologies and product feedback.
