Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global TA team based in Mexico City. You will manage full cycle recruiting for business clients, sourcing, screening resumes, and guiding candidates through interviews while partnering with hiring managers and HR partners.

We value a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years in end-to-end talent acquisition, with TA tech experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a multinational.
• Experience with TA-specific technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HiredScore, SuccessFactors ATS).
• Demonstrated sourcing experience and ability to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Proficiency in English, with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for business clients by sourcing, screening resumes and guiding candidates through interviews.
• Conduct kickoff discussions with hiring managers and support job description creation.
• Collaborate with HR and functional leaders to understand talent needs.
• Drive process improvements to enhance recruiter, candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Share measurable success metrics and market trends to stakeholders.
• Leverage tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights and Lightcast for talent mapping.
• Participate in TA project work and technology reviews.

Overview

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Team at Colgate is a vibrant and driven group, committed to attracting top-tier talent for Colgate Palmolive. It's an exciting time to join us! Our Talent Acquisition Partners are recruiting advisors who oversee the entire hiring process. They offer strategic, design, and consultative services to Business Leaders and HR Business Partners. The TA Specialist also ensures an excellent experience for both candidates and employees throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

Manage full cycle recruiting for our business clients teams by sourcing, reviewing resumes, and managing candidates through the interview process.

Conduct detailed kick-off conversations with hiring managers and support the job description creation process.

Work collaboratively with HR and functional leaders to understand their talent needs.

Collaborate with the constant improvement of the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience through process optimization, new solutions and technology.

Communicate measurable success metrics and business trends to the right audience.

Maintain an understanding of the talent market as it pertains to technology, programs, metrics and process best practices using tools (e.g. LinkedIn Talent Insights, Lightcast) in order to influence the business and HR on profile, sourcing approaches and talent mapping.

Participate in TA project work and technology reviews and implementations.

Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to drive effectiveness of position filling based on needs (e.g. time, cost, skill set)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

At least 2 years of experience in E2E Talent Acquisition processes, preferably in a multinational environment.

Prior experience with TA-specific technologies (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HiredScore, SuccessFactors ATS etc.)

Demonstrated sourcing experience and expertise resulting in talent pipeline development

Proficiency in English, with ability to communicate verbally and in writing

• Superior ability to partner with, advise, and influence candidates in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

Desired experience recruiting for LatinAmerica and/ or knowledge of LATAM talent market and stakeholder management in the region.

• Proficiency in Portuguese
