The Chemours Company in Mexico City is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the LATAM recruitment team. This hybrid role reports to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and focuses on attracting top talent across Latin America and the United States.

You will partner with hiring managers and Talent Partners in the U.S. and LATAM to understand business needs, craft effective hiring strategies, proactively source candidates, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience focused on LATAM, especially Mexico.
• Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong ability to build relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead candidate sourcing for LATAM and the United States, with a focus on Mexico.
• Partner with U.S. and LATAM hiring managers to define profiles and talent strategies.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct rigorous assessments and evaluate fit, potential, and cultural alignment.
• Maintain candidate records in the Workday ATS and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support employer branding, talent intelligence, and recruitment metrics initiatives.
