DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a solutions consultant in Mexico City to support the Sales Team with technical questions, product demonstrations, and customer enablement. This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Manager, Solutions Consultant.

You will deliver technical presentations, work with customers and engineers to define requirements, and help secure and renew orders while tailoring demos and POCs to meet client needs.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience as a technology solutions consultant.
• 3+ years' experience supporting sales teams and customers technical questions.
• 3+ years' experience helping customers solve problems and creating demos and POCs.
• Oral Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
• Confer with customers and engineers to assess the solutions needs and to determine software requirements.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
• Plan and adapt products to meet customer needs.
• Help solve customer problems by creating demos, POC etc.
• Recommend improvements to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.
• Help in researching and developing new products.
