DocuSign is seeking an experienced Legal Solution Consultant (LATAM) focused on Mexico. You will translate CLM and e-signature regulatory needs into digital solutions and present to executives.

You will partner with sales, legal, and success teams to deliver compelling demonstrations and tailored buying experiences while traveling up to 30% across Mexico and LATAM. Hybrid work arrangement is expected.

Formación

• JD/LL.B or law degree required.
• 8+ years in legal practice, legal tech consulting or enterprise SaaS pre-sales.
• Experience across Latin America, esp. Mexico.
• Native Spanish and business-fluent English.
• Portuguese proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with LatAm field sales to secure net-new business across EBUs/CBUs.
• Uncover, document, and analyze complex legal frameworks and regulatory requirements in Mexico and LATAM.
• Deliver high-stakes presentations and legal pitches to executives and legal counsel.
• Establish trust with deep knowledge of regional compliance and e-signature regulations.
• Collaborate with sales, Customer Success and legal teams for a tailored buying experience.
• Lead responses for RFPs, RFIs, SOWs and custom workflows.
