Job summary

Element Fleet Management in Mexico City is seeking a Collections Supervisor to lead the Accounts Receivable team, reduce past-due balances and hit key KPIs such as DSO, aging, and cash collection targets.

You will oversee complex B2B portfolios, coach collectors, coordinate with Billing, Finance and Customer Care, ensure adherence to SAT/CFDI regulations, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections.
• Experience managing complex B2B portfolios.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability.
• Knowledge of Mexican invoicing (SAT/CFDI) and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Collections team and manage performance.
• Oversee portfolio management, collections and risk analysis.
• Coordinate dispute resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Handle SOFOM and Finance Lease processes.
• Conduct customer meetings, handle escalations and ensure compliance resolutions.
