Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end B2B collections strategy across delinquency stages, segments, exposure, risk, and recovery.
• Drive improvements in delinquency, roll, cure, recovery, and loss mitigation metrics.
• Design and optimize collections across channels, reminders, negotiations, and restructurings.
• Establish targets, monitoring, and accountability for collections operations.
• Lead and optimize B2B collections models and partnerships with external agencies and BPOs.
• Build analytics dashboards and run experiments to test strategies.
