Job summary

New Era Cap is seeking an Executive in Mexico City to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive collections, and collaborate across Sales, Billing, and Customer Service. You will monitor aging, design collection strategies, and negotiate payment plans to minimize risk and DSO while maintaining customer relationships.

The role requires 2+ years in AR/collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience with SAP.

Qualifications

• 2 years of accounts receivable and collections experience.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle escalations and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely collections.
• Monitor aging reports and proactively address overdue balances.
• Design and execute effective collection strategies for delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and dispute resolutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Customer Service teams.
• Track and report collection performance metrics.
