Qualtrics in Mexico City seeks a Sales Development Representative to engage leaders across industries, delivering data-driven insights and qualifying opportunities. You’ll set meetings, collaborate with sales and marketing, and drive growth in LATAM accounts.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, CRM discipline with LinkedIn and Salesforce, and ongoing skills development within a hybrid office model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any major) required or preferred.
• Professional, fluent English required.
• Sales experience preferred (internships, SDR/BDR, inside sales, cold calling, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ calls and 50+ personalized emails daily; add 15+ new contacts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to penetrate targeted accounts and set meetings.
• Work with Marketing on personalized account-based campaigns.
• Be proficient with LinkedIn and Salesforce for outreach.
• Attend meetings and trainings to develop selling skills.
• Share best practices with peers to improve performance.
