Job summary

Qualtrics in Mexico City is hiring a Portuguese-speaking Sales Development Representative to engage leaders across LATAM with data-driven insights. You’ll help build pipeline, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with Account Executives to schedule high-quality meetings.

You’ll work in a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and leverage Salesforce and LinkedIn to execute targeted outreach. Strong preferences for sales experience and Portuguese fluency are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with no specific major.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is needed.
• Sales experience or SDR/BDR exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ calls and 50+ personalized emails per day; add 15+ new contacts to cadence.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to penetrate targeted accounts and set meetings.
• Work with Marketing on personalized account-based campaigns.
• Proficient use of LinkedIn and Salesforce in daily activities.
• Attend meetings, trainings, discovery calls, and demos to improve skills.
