Qualifications

• Experience engaging with Sales force, Engineering Systems & SAP in electrification.
• Strong communication in English and customer-focused problem solving.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service within electrification or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and solutions on ABB products, systems and applications to customers, channels and Sales Specialists.
• Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine optimal technical solutions for customer needs.
• Develop and maintain new sales opportunities and address customer problems; help achieve targets on orders, NPV, and NPS.
• Ensure achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth across product groups and countries.
