Job summary

ABB Installation Products Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support the Sales organization during the proposal process. You will serve as a technical resource, prepare product descriptions, determine costs, and finalize documentation for customers.

Based in San Pedro Garza García with a hybrid work model, this role focuses on electrical projects across the US and requires strong English, stakeholder management, and proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, or related engineering.
• 3+ years of experience as a project manager in electrical, automotive, or manufacturing industries.
• Experience with multi-site projects and change orders; strong customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and comment on specifications for customers and Sales Engineers.
• Plan and manage multiple electrical projects at customer sites (US) with staff and subcontractors; handle change orders.
• Serve as the primary customer contact; manage communications and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare technical presentations and demonstrations for internal staff and customers.
• Deliver product/solution training to customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and check technical documents for submittal to customers.
