Job summary

ABB in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a hybrid Sales Support Engineer to back the assigned Sales organization during the proposal process. You will serve as a technical resource, prepare product descriptions, determine costs, and compile final documentation to support customer bids.

You will advise customers on ABB products and applications, perform analytic studies to tailor solutions, develop sales opportunities, and help achieve targets on orders, price variance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in customer service & electrification sector.
• Experience working with Sales force, Engineering Systems & SAP.
• Comfortable communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Offer technical advice and solutions on ABB products and applications to customers/channels.
• Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to tailor optimal technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain new sales opportunities and address customer problems.
• Support achievement of targets on orders, price variance, and customer satisfaction.
