Ansell Limited in Querétaro is seeking an Order Management Analyst to process and manage customer orders across multiple channels, including EDI and email, ensuring timely fulfillment and a seamless customer experience.

The role collaborates with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to maintain account accuracy and resolve discrepancies. A hybrid work model and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
• Equivalent experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or operations may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in order processing, order entry, or customer service operations.

Aufgaben

• Process and oversee returns (RMA) including tracking and communication.
• Handle credit and debit transactions to resolve order discrepancies.
• Process customer orders through EDI, OCR, email, and web platforms.
• Review and maintain open orders; resolve holds and fulfillment issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Distribution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI and system-related order processing issues.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies to minimize billing issues.
