Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Equivalent experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or operations may be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in order processing, order entry, or customer service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process and oversee returns (RMA) including tracking and communication.
  • Handle credit and debit transactions to resolve order discrepancies.
  • Process customer orders through EDI, OCR, email, and web platforms.
  • Review and maintain open orders; resolve holds and fulfillment issues.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Distribution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI and system-related order processing issues.
  • Investigate pricing discrepancies to minimize billing issues.

Ansell is looking for an Order Management Analyst to join our team in Querétaro!

This role is responsible for processing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and a seamless customer experience. Handles various order types, including EDI, email, returns, credits, and debits, while providing customer support and resolving order-related issues. Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Distribution to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What your role will be?

Process and oversee returns (RMA), including tracking, transportation coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Handle credit and debit transactions to resolve order discrepancies and maintain account accuracy.

Process customer orders through multiple channels, including EDI, OCR, email, and web-based platforms.

Review and maintain open orders, resolving holds, errors, and fulfillment exceptions.

Partner with Customer Service, Customer Success, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Distribution teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Troubleshoot and resolve EDI and system-related order processing issues.

Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies to minimize billing and payment issues.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.

Equivalent experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or operations may be considered.

Job Experience

3+ years of experience in order processing, order entry, or customer service operations.

Experience using Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills
