A manufacturing company in Querétaro is seeking a Talent Attraction and Management Sr Specialist. In this full-time role, you will manage customer orders, handle inquiries, and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, experience with SAP, and the ability to multitask. Formación

• 2-3 years related experience in customer service (quoting, logistics, after sales etc).
• Ability to oversee multiple tasks, stay organized, and focus on details.

Responsabilidades

• Enter customer orders into SAP with high accuracy.
• Process credit card payments and ensure correct documentation for orders.
• Create and manage customer accounts, including addresses.
• Process warranty claims and create return merchandise authorizations.
• Answer incoming calls to assist with customer requests.
• Conduct research to resolve customer inquiries.
• Manage pricing requests and product availability using SAP.
