This role focuses on gathering shipment details, bookings, documentation, and carrier negotiation to ensure on-time pickups and accurate records. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in international business, strong English, and about a year in an admin/clerical role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in international business or equivalent experience.
• Fully bilingual with strong English skills.
• Around one year of administrative/clerical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Gather shipment information, create bookings, handle documentation, and data entry.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and truckers.
• Issue rate quotes to customers and overseas offices.
• Liaise with customers to obtain information to ensure correct measures are in place and customers' needs are met.
• Issue correct documentation as set out in the instructions obtained.
• Arrange on-time pick-up and deliveries for cargo.
• Maintain all files, ensuring they are billed correctly in accordance with procedures provided by management.
• Coordinate with overseas offices, customers, vendors, etc.
• Follow up on daily reports for tracking and tracing of shipments; ensure bills of lading and pre-alerts are issued promptly.
