OEC Group is seeking a paid internship for its Mexico operations. You will gain hands-on experience in international logistics while pursuing a related degree and attending classes.

We look for active students in International Business, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering or Accounting, in 6th semester or above, with morning availability for 4–6 hours per day. English proficiency is required and the role may lead to full-time depending on performance.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
• 6th semester or above.
• Morning availability: 4–6 hours per day with mixed schedules.
• Intermediate or Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Manage documentation of import/export processes.
• Analyze costs and verify processes/reports.
• Shipment tracking.
• Preparation of cargo validation.
• Review and modification of the bill of lading.
• Communicate with multiple departments (carriers, providers or customers).
• Other functions as assigned by the department.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage documentation of import/export processes.
• Analyze costs, and verify process/reports.

• Other functions (according to the department you work with).

Who You Are

• An active student in careers as International Business, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering or Accounting.
• 6th semester or above.
• Morning availability (Depending on the department you are scheduled 4hr-6hrs per day) / Mixed schedules can be discussed (Depending the available areas).
• Looking for learning and development in a real world experience.
• Intermediate or Advanced English level.
