embecta in Mexico City is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the national sales strategy across multiple channels, including retail, pharmacy, wholesale, distributor, hospital, and government. This hybrid role requires 2 days in office in Mexico City with 30% travel; you will drive growth, improve market share, and build a high-performance commercial organization.

You will partner with Marketing and Trade Marketing to translate insights into winning channel programs, manage forecasts and budgets,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Sales or Commercial leadership roles.
• At least 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven success leading sales strategy across Mexico in complex multichannel environments.
• Experience in retail channels including pharmacy chains, wholesalers, distributors, and e-commerce.
• Experience in hospital, institutional, government and/or industry sales.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead change and solve complex commercial problems.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, analytical and financial skills.
