Awin, a global affiliate marketing network, seeks a Junior Publisher Development Manager who speaks Spanish with strong English; hybride role in Puebla. You will identify and recruit publishers, and liaison with advertiser managers to grow regional publisher diversity in LATAM.

Responsibilities include market analysis, developing opportunities, and maintaining Salesforce records. 1–2 years in online marketing with Excel/Power BI is valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in online marketing or a similar field with strong understanding of online monetization and publisher business models.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Spanish.
• Strong Excel/Power BI skills and Microsoft Office literacy.

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify and recruit new high-potential publishers relevant to local advertiser needs.
• Liaise with advertiser account managers to develop and distribute promotional opportunities.
• Record local publisher opportunities and sales pipelines in Salesforce and monitor market trends.
