RS Americas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic technology and business transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence and growth. You will manage projects from initiation to completion, align with objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality, and lead cross-functional teams through complex changes.

Strong communication with stakeholders and governance adherence are essential, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence global initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology and business transformation projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and on-time delivery.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, and quality while maintaining alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, sponsors, business leaders, and project teams.
• Prepare and present project status reports, key metrics, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate activities with external partners and consultants.
• Ensure adherence to project governance standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Support organizational change management and the successful adoption of project outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and practices.
