BPX is seeking a Senior ERP Transformation Project Manager to lead a large-scale ERP initiative for a global organization. The role requires navigating ambiguity, coordinating multiple workstreams, and delivering complex enterprise changes across business and technology teams.

The successful candidate will drive governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time execution of the transformation program.

Formación

10+ years of project or program management experience, including large-scale ERP transformations.
Strong understanding of ERP implementations, carve-outs, mergers, acquisitions, or business separation projects.
Demonstrated ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Strong governance, planning, and execution capabilities.

Responsabilidades

Lead and manage a major ERP transformation program with multiple workstreams.
Coordinate ERP carve-out activities and business disentanglement initiatives.
Drive collaboration across business, technology, and operations teams.
Manage cross-functional and cross-segment dependencies.
Oversee changes and integrations across edge systems.
Establish governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and delivery plans.
Facilitate decision-making and communications with executives and senior stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with parallel enterprise transformation programs.
