Cognizant is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee end-user tool implementations and support, focusing on Windows environments and networking solutions. The role operates in a hybrid remote model with emphasis on Nexthink proficiency to boost productivity.

You will manage desktop support, image systems, and cross-functional collaboration to integrate Nexthink into existing infrastructure, while ensuring security, compliance, and optimal user experience across Mexico locations including Monterrey

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
• Minimum 2 years desk-side support experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office applications.
• Experience with Nexthink in enterprise end-user environments.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hybrid remote work model understanding and ability to work in Mexico.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-user support including Install, Move, Add, Change, and Break-Fix activities.
• Support manufacturing shop-floor devices as needed (laptops, scanners).
• Perform data collection for migrations or eDiscovery.
• Stage and image systems with standard client image (eCore).
• Manage Windows configurations for reliability and security.
• Offer networking guidance to improve connectivity and data flow.
• Oversee desktop support operations and user issue resolution.
• Collaborate to integrate Nexthink into existing systems.
• Monitor performance and implement user-experience improvements.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and procedures.
• Conduct system audits for policy compliance.
• Deliver user training to maximize tool usage.
• Gather user feedback and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely issue resolution.
• Apply best practices to reduce downtime and improve security.
