Job summary

Element Fleet Management is seeking a Network Support professional to set up and maintain computer networks for internal users, customers, and suppliers in Mexico. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure high network availability, and collaborate with US teams on upgrades.

The role requires proven help desk and network experience, strong English, and excellent communication skills. A BS degree in IT or CS is preferred, with a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in providing help desk support and network engineering.
• Fluent in English.
• Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support to Mexico users for computer related issues.
• Configure and install Element domain image to computer equipment and peripherals under Element standards and processes.
• Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of issues.
• Monitor network performance and integrity, troubleshooting network problems and outages in collaboration with US team.
• Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies and monitoring access.
