Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a Network Support Specialist to install, maintain, and troubleshoot our enterprise networks from Mexico City. You will work in a multi-vendor environment and coordinate with service engineers to resolve outages and optimize performance.

You should have at least 2 years of networking experience, knowledge of switching/routing, and CCNP or equivalent; experience with security, WAN, and ITIL is valued. This is a full-time on-site role.

Formación

• Proven knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, switching, and routing.
• 2+ years of working experience in networking.
• Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with network security and WAN.
• Working knowledge of ITIL.
