DP World in Mexico City is seeking a Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to develop a personal Book Of Business within the branch's geographical reach. You will implement commercial strategies and drive growth while maintaining margins and strong client relationships.

The role requires a proven sales track record in Freight Forwarding, with several years of client-facing experience in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Graduate in any field.
• Proven track record in sales with at least 3 years in Freight.
• Forwarding Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory.
• Minimum of 4 years in a sales or customer-facing role within Freight Forwarding.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Book Of Business (BOB) ensuring constant growth in Volume, Revenue and Margin.
• Grow the BCO composition: Hunting as % of Farming.
• Undertake market analysis and competitive research in the local market.
• Liaise with Branch Operations to customize SOPs around client needs.
• Assist BOB clients with export/import quotations/negotiations to close opportunities.
• Coordinate with DPW internal network and external Partner Agents for service excellence.
• Use CRM to manage personal pipeline and track activity for incentives.
• Stay updated on local regulations, industry practices and enhancements.
