DP World in Mexico is seeking a driven Freight Forwarding sales professional with a proven track record. You will grow volume, revenue, and margin by targeting new business and maintaining key client relationships.

Essential experience includes at least 3 years in freight forwarding sales, strong execution skills, and fluent English. Proficiency in MS Office and effective communication with clients and carriers are required for success.

Formación

• Freight Forwarding – Solid knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.
• Execution Sales Skills – identify, pursue and close business opportunities with product and operations support.
• Agile Skills - prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Computer Skills - MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Communication – strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication with clients and carriers.
• Languages - Fluent English is required; additional languages are a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Grow Business: Drive growth in volume, revenue, and margin across the Book of Business.
• Balance Hunting & Farming: Acquire new business while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct local market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Client-Centric Operations: Collaborate with Operations and Implementation teams to tailor SOPs.
• Sales Support: Handle client requests for quotes and negotiations to close deals.
• Network Coordination: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure service delivery.
• CRM Management: Maintain pipeline and activity records in CRM.
• Stay Informed: Keep up with local regulations and industry trends.
