DP World is seeking a Freight Forwarding Sales Specialist to support our Americas region and additional locations. The role emphasizes strong communication, freight forwarding operations knowledge, and CRM proficiency to drive growth and exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates will collaborate across operations, finance, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery, accurate quotations, and smooth customer onboarding. We value safety, ethics, and global trade expertise.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding operations and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator/Specialist role within the Freight Forwarding industry.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with sales executives to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Maintain regular client communication and provide responsive service.
• Prepare accurate quotations aligned with DP World pricing and standards.
• Monitor shipments and provide status updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales reports in CRM.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and logistics for seamless delivery.
• Resolve issues related to sales orders and shipments promptly.
• Represent DP World with integrity, upholding safety and conduct policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
