Job summary

F5 is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and field marketing across LATAM. You will partner with Sales leadership and the Global Marketing Team to accelerate pipeline and strengthen the brand in a dynamic IT B2B environment.

You will design local events, manage budgets, collaborate with distributors and resellers, and analyze campaign data to improve ROI. Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo and Tableau is preferred, and fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital, field and channel marketing.
• Experience in IT B2B demand gen and channel marketing.
• Strong budget management and ROI focus.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement demand generation programs to accelerate pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales on lead management and KPI tracking.
• Design and manage local events with post-event follow-up to boost engagement.
• Forecast, measure and report program impact and ROI.
• Coordinate with regional PR and corporate teams on local opportunities.
• Oversee marketing tools usage (Tableau, Allocadia, Adobe, SFDC/Marketo).
