Arrow Electronics is seeking an Asset Associate in Tlaquepaque, Mexico to support purchasing and backlog management. The role focuses on fulfilling purchase orders, expediting orders, and coordinating with suppliers to meet customer demand in a hybrid office environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of purchasing or 2 years of supply chain experience, strong Excel skills, and solid English communication. A related bachelor’s degree and Oracle ERP familiarity are preferred.

Formación

• 1 year of Purchasing experience or 2 years of supply chain experience.
• Strong computer skills (Excel).
• Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Related bachelor’s degree preferred; Oracle ERP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill purchase orders and manage backlog.
• Expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands.
• Match open orders to customer backlog and adjust schedules as needed.
• Manage allocations for backlog and expedite backlog.
• Bond maintenance—at the direction of the material planner.
• Follow up on supplier shipments and receipts in the warehouse.
