Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Mexico (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office) seeks a Compensation Advisor to administer global COE programs and deliver data-driven analyses to guide pay decisions.

You will participate in market surveys, benchmark salary ranges, and support job architecture and governance projects while leveraging AI-enabled tooling to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, economics, data analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of compensation experience in a tech or similar organization.
• Strong knowledge of compensation program administration, market pricing, salary structures, and job evaluation principles.

Mansioni

• Participate in global compensation surveys and support end-to-end market-pricing activities.
• Analyze external data from Radford, Mercer, WTW and other sources.
• Benchmark analysis and recommend salary range adjustments based on market movement and internal alignment.
• Support maintenance and evolution of job architecture and framework updates.
• Assist with job evaluations, profiling, leveling, and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate job classification and market alignment.
• Support annual salary increase planning and budget assumptions.
• Maintain geographic pay practices and differential structures.
• Develop AI-enabled tools and dashboards to improve processes and decision making.
• Ensure AI outputs are accurate, compliant, and auditable.
