Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP HR MADO Data Manager leads AI/automation enhancements, design, implementation and maintenance of HR administration and data for Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestiture and Outsourcing projects.

This role is designed as 'Hybrid' with an average of 2 days per week in an HPE office, collaborating with HR leaders and HRIT to test improvements and drive global rollouts.

Qualifications

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years related experience in M&A, compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.
• Experience in cross-functional areas, such as compensation, benefits, staffing, recruiting, or HRIS.
• Hybrid work arrangement with a requirement to work ~2 days per week in an HPE office.

Responsibilities

• Continuous improvement on all data processes and AI implementations.
• Implements, manages, and solves issues for high complexity processes or systems.
• Consults with HR leaders to identify opportunities for new process improvements and tests with HRIT.
• Contributes to priority projects impacting employees regionally or globally.
• Provides input and updates on HR Operations content and tools.
• Leads internal HR outsourcing transitions of high complexity.
• Provides support for MADO deals and may conduct due diligence.
• Develops trainings for new processes, programs, and platform rollouts.
• Contributes to and recommends strategies for global or regional policies, processes, and standards.
• Is accountable for successful implementation of new processes.
