Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Mexico is seeking a Compensation Advisor to support the global Compensation COE programs in line with our philosophy and governance standards. You will deliver accurate, timely analyses and recommendations to inform compensation decisions.

You will participate in market-pricing, analyze external data from Radford and Mercer, support job architecture updates, and help design AI-enabled workflows to streamline processes and improve data quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, economics, data analytics, or related field.
Minimum of two years of compensation experience.
Knowledge of compensation program administration and market pricing.
Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
Experience using AI and automation tools such as Copilot, Power Automate, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

Support the administration of global Compensation COE programs in alignment with HPE’s compensation philosophy and governance standards.
Deliver accurate, timely, and data-driven analyses and recommendations that support effective compensation decisions.
Participate in global compensation surveys and market-pricing activities, including benchmarking and data validation.
Develop AI-enabled compensation solutions and automation workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
