IBM Consulting in Guadalajara, Mexico seeks a Technical Support Professional to deliver production support within our client innovation centers. You will handle incident, problem, and change management under ITIL, monitor production, and coordinate with global teams.
Bachelor’s degree is required; the role is onsite in a fixed term/long term arrangement with IBM. This position focuses on reliable production operations and collaborative problem solving.
Formación
- Knowledge of database management concepts, data modeling, normalization, and querying.
- Experience with multiple operating systems: installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
- Exposure to multiple programming languages: syntax, data types, control structures.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes: incident, problem, change management.
- Production support experience across basic to moderate tasks, monitoring, escalation.
Responsabilidades
- Incident management for basic to moderate production support tasks with escalation.
- Identify and resolve problems using knowledge of the application and underlying technology.
- Implement and manage changes to production processing with minimal disruption.
- Monitor production processing to identify issues and take proactive measures.
- Adhere to ITIL framework to maintain high-quality support.
