Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Specialist, Benefits Management to own the health and continuity of Benefits services. You will coordinate Senior Advisors, resolve complex issues, and strengthen partnerships across Centres of Expertise, vendors, and learning administration.

You will drive process improvements, backlogs, and automation while supporting benefits-related learning activities and project changes. This role blends operations, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in Benefits, Hire-to-Retire operations or employee services.
• Led complex Benefits escalations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Directed Benefits discussions with Centres of Expertise, vendors and improvement partners.
• Maintained a structured backlog for Benefits standardisation, processes and automation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational health and continuity of Benefits services.
• Coordinate Senior Advisors and liaise with Centres of Expertise, vendors and learning admins.
• Deliver impact assessments, changes, and user acceptance testing for operational projects.
