Job summary

LEGO Operac. MX, SA de CV is looking for a Specialist, Benefits Management to own the operational health and continuity of Benefits services. You will coordinate Senior Advisors and collaborate with Centres of Expertise, vendors and learning administration teams.

You will drive sustainable improvements, manage backlogs, and ensure governance across Benefits processes while engaging with regional stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Built 3-4 years of experience in Benefits, Hire-to-Retire operations, employee services or a comparable service-delivery environment.
• Led complex Benefits escalations through root‑cause analysis, quality reviews and corrective actions.
• Directed operational Benefits discussions with Centres of Expertise, vendors and continuous‑improvement partners.
• Maintained a structured backlog of Benefits standardisation, process and automation improvements.
• Supported insurance, retirement and pension, health and wellbeing, allowances or related Benefits processes.
• Delivered process impact assessments, change implementation or user acceptance testing for operational projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational health and continuity of Benefits services.
• Coordinate Senior Advisors and interact with Centres of Expertise, vendors and learning administration teams.
• Support Learning Administration activities within the Benefits structure.
• Drive improvements and standardisation across Benefits processes.
• Ensure governance and cross-functional alignment for Benefits projects.
