Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate in F&A I2C to manage accounts receivable activities, cash allocation, and process improvements. You will act as SME for AR value chain, support a real estate client preference, and help maintain accurate receivables across entities.

The role requires strong accounting foundations, SAP and Power BI familiarity, and English proficiency. Hybrid work in Mexico is available, with opportunities to influence end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance with a Masters in Finance preferred.
• Certifications in Accounts Payable, CAMS, CFE and financial modelling/valuations are advantageous.
• Strong English language skills (Upper Intermediate/B2) and SAP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls and handle invoicing and remittance processing.
• Perform cash application and reconcile daily receipt activity.
• Collaborate across AR processes and maintain aged receivables.
• Develop SOPs and respond to client queries with timely resolutions.
• Resolve disputes and ensure accurate charges and credits are reflected.
