Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in application, technical, or customer support with a focus on service.
• Proficiency in SQL and foundational database concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve low-complexity customer application issues using documented solutions and processes.
• Assess impact of issues and implement workarounds to restore service quickly.
• Escalate and engage technical teams when needed.
• Provide guidance and training to users on application functionality and constraints.
• Monitor production and non-production environments to identify issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for simple issues and support small projects.
• Participate in planning sessions and provide status updates on issues and activities.
• Manage multiple priorities with defined standards and procedures.
• Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative support environment.
