Job summary

Copeland is seeking a technical support specialist to provide remote and on-site assistance for HVAC and refrigeration systems. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues via chat, email, and phone, guide customers with step-by-step solutions, and document interactions for proper tracking.

You will program Copeland Supervisory Controllers, validate data for automated reports, assist with remote commissioning, create graphical screens, and help automate reporting with Power BI while

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support for HVAC & refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities across remote and on-site environments.
• Basic programming or scripting for data handling and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, triaging issues and providing step-by-step guidance.
• Program Copeland Supervisory Controllers (e.g., E2, E3, Site Supervisor) and optimize configurations.
• Perform remote commissioning to verify system readiness and connectivity.
• Create graphical screens and validate values against backend data and live site data.
• Support reporting automation using Power BI and ensure reliable data delivery.
• Build and share knowledge base with FAQs, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
