Copeland, a global leader in HVACR technology, seeks an Engineering Change and Samples Coordinator III to lead root cause analysis, drive cost reduction, and manage engineering change processes. You will oversee documentation releases and provide technical support across internal and external customers, while training teams worldwide on product knowledge and processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in product engineering or electronics manufacturing.
• Advanced English proficiency (TOEFL score ≥ 300 or equivalent).
• Ability to manage and interpret SPICE simulation software results.
• Experience conducting and training others on FMEA, design analysis, and product release documentation processes.
• Availability for occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities
