Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking an Engineering Change and Samples Coordinator III in Chihuahua, Mexico. You will lead root-cause analyses, manage engineering change processes, and support product documentation and testing across local and global teams.

You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, oversee SPICE simulations, and train colleagues on engineering processes while ensuring product design performance meets expectations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in product engineering or electronics manufacturing.
• Advanced English proficiency (TOEFL score ≥ 300 or equivalent).
• Ability to manage and interpret SPICE simulations results.
• Experience conducting and training others on FMEA, design analysis, and product release documentation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead root-cause analyses and brainstorming sessions to develop effective corrective actions.
• Generate and implement cost-reduction ideas as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee product documentation releases and engineering change management.
• Provide technical support and resolve product-related issues for internal and external customers.
• Train local and global resources on product knowledge and engineering processes.
• Own the design and technical performance of assigned products.

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:
