Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, seeks an IT Support Engineer to provide end-user support across software, hardware, and systems managed by the IT department. The role includes preventive/corrective maintenance, system-related projects, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Additionally, the engineer will perform basic programming and scripting for automation, reporting, dashboards, and data extraction as required.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in computer applications and Windows OS.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and hardware/software.
• Fluency in spoken and written English (70%).
• Experience with IT service management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain computer hardware, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide end-user support for software, hardware, and systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment and servers.
• Identify IT solutions to support business objectives.
• Develop software and hardware initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Manage IT equipment and network inventories and user access.
