Carrier is seeking a skilled Post Sales Engineer to provide advanced technical support for Commercial HVAC customers and field teams. This role links customers, service operations, engineering, manufacturing and quality to resolve complex product and application issues.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in air-cooled chillers and rooftop units, strong troubleshooting, and a proven track record in customer-focused problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with air-cooled chillers, applied rooftop units, or similar Commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for product, controls, and system-level issues.
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting tools.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally, with a valid passport and U.S. visa.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sale technical support to customers, field service teams, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Support installation, startup, commissioning, operation, and troubleshooting for Commercial HVAC equipment.
• Investigate complex field issues, collect data, and determine root causes with cross-functional teams.
• Develop clear technical reports documenting field conditions, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Support warranty investigations and contribute to continuous improvement and product quality initiatives.
• Communicate customer feedback and field learnings to cross-functional teams to strengthen feedback loops.
