is seeking an IT professional to support operations, automation, and digital transformation across manufacturing, logistics, and admin processes. The role emphasizes Power Platform workloads, APIs, SQL, and Power BI for reporting and dashboards. You will maintain disaster recovery plans, ensure server availability, and support audits while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations support with SQL, Oracle, Windows, and label printers.
• Strong knowledge of LAN technologies (CCNA level).
• Required English proficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Programming skills in Python, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of API integrations, database connectivity, and app development best practices.
• Experience in process automation and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and follow up IT policies and procedures.
• Update and follow up disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure virtual server farm availability and performance.
• Maintain production floor systems and ensure proper operation.
• Keep visual management scoreboards functioning correctly.
• Support Audio/Video activities.
• Attend IT Executive Board meetings.
• Provide Tier 1 user support and route issues to appropriate teams.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on corporate projects.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency.
• Create and support Power Apps solutions for manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, and admin processes.
• Develop scripts and small applications to automate repetitive IT and business tasks.
• Integrate business systems using APIs, SQL databases, and Microsoft technologies.
• Maintain documentation for developed applications and automations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead digitalization initiatives during weekend coverage.
• Support reporting and dashboard development using Power BI and SQL data sources.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).
• Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (PL-500).
• Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200).
• Experience developing manufacturing support applications.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0, MES, ERP, and shop-floor integration concepts.
