Lennox International in Saltillo, Mexico is seeking a Commercial Sales Support Specialist to aid the regional sales team by handling quotes, bids, orders, and delivery coordination. You will work closely with Commercial Territory Managers to ensure accurate, timely support and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in sales support or customer service, strong English communication, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 1 year in sales support, customer service, or similar.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Customer-first mindset with strong organization.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage daily customer quotations with high accuracy.
• Support plan-and-spec opportunities by coordinating with accounts.
• Enter and maintain orders and assist delivery processes.
• Manage weekly bid schedule and keep team on deadline.
• Prioritize projects and coordinate with Commercial Territory Managers.
• Handle quote follow-up, CRM updates, and vendor coordination.
• Assist credit and collection activities to resolve issues.
• Aid with order credit approvals to minimize delays.
• Coordinate quotes and orders within established guidelines.
• Ensure timely, accurate customer support across districts.
