Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-volume manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital investments, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from concept to production ramp.
• Apply structured problem solving and data-driven decisions to drive cost and efficiency gains.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness, process validation, and continuous improvement.
