The BMW Group is seeking a seasoned HR Services lead to steer payroll, time management, and employee data administration for a multinational workforce.

You will ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, tax and privacy standards, and coordinate HR systems and vendor relationships globally. Fluency in English and a strong HRIS background are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Proven experience leading HR service delivery, payroll operations, and employee administration in multinational organizations (1000+ employees).
• Strong background in vendor management and HRIS process improvements.
• Deep understanding of Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations.
• Fluent business English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end HR operational processes—payroll execution, time management, employee master data, temporary workforce, and global assignment administration.
• Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, tax/social security filings, data privacy standards, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate HR system maintenance, updates, testing, and access rights management (SAP HR) with global HR IT frameworks.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, advising local management on HR service policies and regulatory changes.
• Manage external vendor relationships and align with regional/central HR functions.

This role is responsible for steering and executing HR Services for BMW, including payroll, employee data management, working time, temporary workforce, and global assignments.

What awaits you?

• Oversee end-to-end HR operational processes—payroll execution, time management, employee master data, temporary workforce, and global assignment administration.
• Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, tax/social security filings, data privacy standards (including data erasure protocols), and internal/external audit requirements.
• Coordinate HR system maintenance, updates, testing, and access rights management (SAP HR), aligning local requirements with global HR IT frameworks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing consulting to local management on HR service policies, regulatory changes, and process enhancements.
• Manage external vendor relationships, collaborate with internal IT/HR interfaces, and align with regional/central HR functions.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience leading HR service delivery, payroll operations, and employee administration in multinational organizations (preferably supporting 1,000+ employees).
• Strong background in team leadership, vendor management, and driving HRIS process improvements.
• Deep understanding of Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP HR, advanced Excel, and HR service management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, customer-service orientation, precise attention to detail, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Fluent business English.
