BMW Group Mexico in San Luis Potosi is seeking an HR Services Manager to steer end-to-end HR operations including payroll, data management, and global assignments. You will lead a cross-functional team, ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and tax rules, and coordinate HR IT activities with SAP HR across regions.

The role demands a strong background in HR service delivery, vendor management, and HRIS improvements, plus fluent English and strategic advisory capabilities for local management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading HR service delivery, payroll operations, and employee administration in multinational orgs (1,000+ employees preferred).
• Strong background in team leadership, vendor management, and HRIS process improvements.
• Deep understanding of Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP HR, advanced Excel, and HR service management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, customer-service orientation, and cross-functional communication.
• Fluent business English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end HR operational processes—payroll execution, time management, employee master data, temporary workforce, and global assignment administration.
• Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, tax filings, data privacy standards, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate HR system maintenance, updates, testing, and access rights management (SAP HR), aligning local requirements with global HR IT frameworks.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, consulting to local management on HR service policies, regulatory changes, and process enhancements.
• Manage external vendor relationships, collaborate with internal IT/HR interfaces, and align with regional/central HR functions.
